2. Services Description
HostKloud provides web hosting services, including but not limited to shared hosting, VPS hosting, cloud hosting, dedicated servers, domain registration, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. Prohibited activities include:

- Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails
- Engaging in phishing or fraudulent activities
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Using excessive server resources that affect other users
5. Payment Terms
All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment processors.
- Services are billed according to the selected billing cycle
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
6. Service Level Agreement
HostKloud strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. In the event of service interruptions beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly. Service credits may be issued for extended downtime as per our SLA policy.
7. Data Backup and Security
While we maintain regular backups of our systems, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups of all data. HostKloud is not liable for any data loss resulting from hardware failure, software errors, or other circumstances.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostKloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services at any time. HostKloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
