Overview

DomainManagerPro is a WHMCS registrar module designed for providers who need to manage domains without relying on registry APIs. Instead of pushing changes directly to the registry, it records all client requests (nameserver, DNS, lock, EPP) into WHMCS so you can manually process them in your own workflow.

Client-Side Features

Instant nameserver changes reflected in the client area UI.
DNS management with support for A, AAAA, CNAME, TXT, MX and more.
Ability for clients to lock/unlock domains (Registrar Lock option).
EPP/Auth code retrieval using Subscription ID mapping.
Seamless client experience – changes appear “applied” instantly in the portal.

Admin-Side Features

Dedicated Domain Manager addon menu in WHMCS admin.
Centralized dashboard of all pending requests (nameserver, DNS, lock/unlock, EPP).
Approve button to mark each request as applied at registry level.
Email notifications whenever clients submit a change request.
Clear audit trail with status pending / applied for every request.
Full control over when and how changes are actioned at the registry.

Notifications & Approval Flow

Admin receives an email and WHMCS ticket (from Default User) for nameserver update requests.
No notification is sent directly to the genuine end-user for internal handling.
Admin can review and approve requests directly from the addon dashboard.
