We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most hosting services for new customers.
1. Money-Back Guarantee
HostKloud d/b/a dot me technology offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the following services for new customers:
- Shared Hosting
- WordPress Hosting
- Reseller Hosting
- Cloud Hosting (first month only)
If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of your hosting fees.
2. Services NOT Eligible for Refund
The following services and fees are non-refundable:
- Domain registration and renewal fees
- Domain transfer fees
- SSL certificates
- Dedicated servers
- VPS hosting (after 7 days)
- Setup fees and administrative fees
- Add-on services (backups, security, etc.)
- Custom development work
- AI services and subscriptions
- WHMCS licenses and modules
3. VPS Hosting Refunds
VPS hosting services are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 7 days of service activation. After 7 days, VPS services are non-refundable. This policy exists due to the dedicated resources allocated to each VPS instance.
4. Dedicated Server Refunds
Due to the custom configuration and dedicated hardware allocation, dedicated servers are non-refundable once provisioned. Please contact our sales team if you have questions before ordering a dedicated server.
5. Renewal Refunds
Renewal payments are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel services before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. We send renewal reminders via email at least 7 days before the renewal date.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your HostKloud client area
- Open a support ticket with the subject "Refund Request"
- Provide your account details and reason for the refund
- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours

7. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days
8. Abuse and Fraud
HostKloud reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service. Accounts terminated for abuse or illegal activity are not eligible for any refund.
9. Service Credits
In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of monetary refunds. Service credits can be used toward future purchases or renewals and do not expire.
