Refund Policy

1. Overview
HostKloud is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our hosting, VPS, and domain registration services.
2. Shared & Web Hosting
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all shared and web hosting plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible.
- Renewals are non-refundable.
- Add-on services (SSL certificates, migrations, etc.) are non-refundable once provisioned.
3. VPS & Cloud Hosting
VPS and Cloud Hosting plans are provisioned immediately upon payment. Due to resource allocation, these plans are non-refundable once activated. In exceptional cases where a service is demonstrably non-functional from our end, a pro-rated credit may be offered at HostKloud's discretion.
4. Domain Names
Domain registrations and transfers are non-refundable as they are immediately submitted to the domain registry. This policy exists because domain registrations cannot be reversed once processed.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our billing team within the eligible period:

- Include your registered email address and reason for the refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Abuse & Violations
Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms and Conditions (spam, abuse, illegal content, etc.) are not eligible for any refund.
7. Changes to This Policy
HostKloud reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
